Chuck Green As President of Chuck Green & Associates, Chuck is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, industrial, and retail associates for the North Texas area. His responsibilities include development and implementation of corporate marketing, coordination and oversight of research for tenant and owner representation, third party leasing and management, real property investments and development. He provides leadership with complete profit and loss responsibility for Chuck Green & Associates, Inc. During his 18-year tenure in the real estate industry, Chuck has developed successful relationships with and managed projects for many clients. A few of Chuck's notable clients are American General, Delta Airlines, General Electric, MCI, Prudential, Sony Music, Thai Airways, Gateway Travel, Hallmark, Nations Bank, Park Cities Mortgage, Race Trac Petroleum, Speedy Print and State Farm Insurance. Chuck's experience in managing complex projects and structuring negotiating and marketing real property, as well as, his analytical skills are advantageous resources for the Green Team and its clients. After receiving his college degree with emphasis in real estate, Chuck began his business career in 1985. He has continued his education through real estate organizations and seminars. Chuck has recently completed all required course work for the CCIM designation. During

& Heavy Hitter within various companies he has been affiliated
with. Chuck holds membership for over 18 years with the Greater
Dallas Board of Realtors. He prides himself on his membership with
the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He has served
on several committees and holds membership as well. Chuck enjoys
sharing his knowledge about the real estate industry through various
articles published in the Texas Realtor Magazine, The Dallas Business
Journal and Black's Guide.
As Vice President of Chuck Green & Associates, Lequita Davenport, CCIM, specializes in leasing and sales, and is Director of the Retail Division. In addition, she works closely with the President, Chuck Green in securing new business and developing marketing strategies for individual projects and the company. Lequita has been a well-recognized commercial real estate agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate market for ten years. By developing a focused marketing approach with a comprehensive marketing plan specific to each particular property, landlords are ensured results. As a project leasing agent, Lequita has consistently achieved higher rental rates, obtained maximum occupancy rates, and secured credit tenants for her landlord clients on both retail and office projects in Dallas and Tarrant Counties. In addition to project leasing, Lequita has also represented numerous tenants with their search for lease space, as well as buyers with their search for buildings and land. Lequita has developed successful relationships with clients such as Metro One Telecommunications, Buy Owner, Braniff Airlines, Lincare, Nextel, Wallpaper Gallery, and United Community Bank. In 1998 Lequita earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. She served on the 2002 Board of Directors of the North Texas CCIM Chapter (NTCCIM) as chairperson for the Sponsorship Committee. In addition Lequita is a member of Commercial Investment Brokers (CIB), and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Lequita's experience in marketing, sales, property management, project leasing, and tenant/buyer representation in both the retail and office sectors is an asset to the Green Team and its clients. |
